Soccer Recap: North Brunswick Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, North Brunswick was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 9-0 to the Ashley Screaming Eagle. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Ashley this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in February.

North Brunswick's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Ashley, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 13-0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Brunswick will square off against New Hanover at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Brunswick will be up against New Hanover's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.82 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Ashley, they will challenge Topsail at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
