Softball Recap: Green Bobcats vs. South Point Pointers
South Point hit Green with a seven-run sixth inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bobcats came up short against the Pointers, falling 13-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pointers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 back in March.
Green saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aliya Bradley, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Green has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for South Point, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6.
