Football Game Preview: Clinton Christian Academy Warriors vs. Adams County Christian Rebels

Clinton Christian Academy is 0-4 against Adams County Christian since September of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Warriors will head out to challenge the Rebels at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Friday.

Clinton Christian Academy was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Manchester Academy on Friday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 27-6 margin over the Mavericks.

Meanwhile, Adams County Christian made easy work of St. Aloysius on Friday and carried off a 42-20 win. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won three contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

Adams County Christian pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.7 points on average over those games. As for Clinton Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Clinton Christian Academy couldn't quite get it done against Adams County Christian in their previous meeting back in September of 2022 as they fell 35-28. Thankfully for the Warriors, Coleman Carter (who threw for 230 yards and two TDs on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one score) won't be suiting up this time.
