After soaring to five goals the game before, Greenfield was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fayetteville Academy Eagles. Greenfield were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Fayetteville Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Greenfield's defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4. As for Fayetteville Academy, their win bumped their record up to 16-0.
