Basketball Recap: Holy Name Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Holy Name kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs 78-49. The Green Wave were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-20.

Olmsted Falls pushed their record up to 1-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Holy Name won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Brush at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. As for Olmsted Falls, they will welcome Lakewood at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
