Volleyball Recap: Washington Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Washington Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Connelly School of the Holy Child, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 25-13.

Washington Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Connelly School of the Holy Child, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Washington Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Model Secondary School for the Deaf at 5:30 p.m. on October 8. As for Connelly School of the Holy Child, they will face off against Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
