Volleyball Game Preview: Hilmar Yellowjackets vs. Ripon Christian Knights + How To Watch

The Hilmar Yellowjackets will head out on the road to challenge the Ripon Christian Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Hilmar came up short against Ripon on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Ripon Christian waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Knights have posted since August 23rd.

Ripon Christian took Sonora into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-19, 25-22, 14-25, 15-9.

Hilmar's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Ripon Christian, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

Hilmar couldn't quite get it done against Ripon Christian in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
