Football Recap: Boiling Springs Starts Season with Victory on the Road + How To Watch

Boiling Springs had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They secured a 23-18 W over the Greer Yellow Jackets on Friday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Boiling Springs didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Jase Seesholtz, Jamarcus Means, and Tyvion Hall picked up one apiece. Hall got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boiling Springs will venture away from home to take on Mauldin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greer, they will head out to square off against Belton-Honea Path at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
