Softball Recap: Virgin Valley Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Virgin Valley waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Sports Leadership & Management Bulls by a score of 10-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Virgin Valley got a big performance out of Mercades Jordan, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Hayden Owsley, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Virgin Valley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .424 or higher in five consecutive games.

Virgin Valley's record now sits at 19-6. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their loss dropped their record down to 16-3.

Virgin Valley has already played their next match, a 16-1 win against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus on the 16th. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 21-1 victory against Sunrise Mountain on the 16th.
