Baseball Recap: Liberty Falls Short of Rushville-Industry in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Liberty can now relate to. They came up short against the Rushville-Industry Rockets on Thursday, falling 8-0. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Rushville-Industry, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

As of now, neither Liberty nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
