Luke Terlesky was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with three RBI and one double.

Cardinal O'Hara's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-5. Those home losses can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 runs over those games. As for Pope John Paul II, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Cardinal O'Hara hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .324. However, it's not like Pope John Paul II struggles in that department as they've averaged .385. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
