Lafayette had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Chenango Valley Warriors on Friday as they made off with a 4-0 victory. Considering Lafayette have won ten matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Fredy Sanclemente and Eca Kabeza scored all four of Lafayette's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

The win (which was Lafayette's fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-2-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five contests. As for Chenango Valley, with the defeat, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 10-4-1.

Lafayette didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-0 loss against Westhill on the 15th. Chenango Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
