Basketball Recap: Webbers Falls Comes Up Short

Webbers Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. The matchup between the Warriors and the Gans Grizzlies didn't end well, with the Warriors falling 52-37. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Grizzlies apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.

Webbers Falls' loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-14. As for Gans, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 11-14.

Webbers Falls didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-24 defeat against Indianola on the 5th. As for Gans, they have also already played their next contest, a 60-38 loss against Central on the 5th.
