Basketball Recap: Pearl City Comes Up Short

Pearl City suffered their biggest loss since December 12, 2024 on Saturday. They took a blow against the Annawan Braves/Bravettes, falling 71-34. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Pearl City and nudges their season record down to 12-10. As for Annawan, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-3.

Pearl City will venture away from home to face off against Forreston at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Annawan, they will host Monmouth United at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
