Soccer Recap: Cannon Falls Takes a Loss

If Cannon Falls was riding high fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Loyola on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bombers lost 4-1 to the Lake City Tigers on Thursday. Cannon Falls haven't had much luck with Lake City recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Cannon Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Lake City, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3-1 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cannon Falls will host Southwest Minnesota Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against La Crescent at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
