The biggest upset of the week belonged to Willow Glen, who took down 471st ranked Willow Glen, 27-21.

Oak Grove extended the longest winning streak in Mount Hamilton this week by beating Pioneer, 30-23. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.

The Rams' dynamic duo of Matthew Toscano and Hakeem Mays proved tough for Piedmont Hills to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Toscano threw for 246 yards and two touchdowns and Mays had 118 yards receiving. Calvin Owen helped Willow Glen's passing attack out by catching four balls for 75 yards.

Nick Bernardo was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 221 yards on 18 carries as Oak Grove lost to the Pirates. Teammate Chidobe Awuzie added to the ground attack by rushing for 160 yards.

Piedmont Hills' Anthony McBride and James Munoz have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McBride has thrown for 1311 yards this season, while Munoz, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 46 catches for 659 yards. Jay Braun's team's Bernardo leads the league in rushing yards with 1200.

The top two teams in Mount Hamilton will face off this week when first place Oak Grove takes on second place Sobrato. The Eagles bested the Mustangs last week, while Sobrato topped Independence.

Matt Kiesle's team moved up to 479 from 527 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Pirates were able to make move up by defeating Oscar Caballero's team 27-21.
