It was a good run, but St. Luke's Episcopal unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Auburn Tigers by a score of 2-1. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Tigers when the teams met back in September of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Amelia Smith paced St. Luke's Episcopal's offense, picking up nine kills. Smith got some help from Baker Garside and her 22 assists.

St. Luke's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Auburn, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
