Volleyball Game Preview: Moriarty Pintos vs. Los Alamos Hilltoppers + How To Watch

Moriarty hasn't had much luck against Los Alamos recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Pintos will take on the Hilltoppers at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Moriarty came up short against Espanola Valley and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-23, 15-25, 25-19, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Los Alamos came up short against Taos on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Hilltoppers in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

While Los Alamos was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15, 25-21.

Los Alamos' defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Moriarty, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

Moriarty couldn't quite get it done against Los Alamos when the teams last played back in November of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Pintos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
