Basketball Recap: Bishop Seabury Academy Takes a Loss

Bishop Seabury Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 71-13 loss at the hands of the Heritage Christian Academy Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-10 two weeks ago.

Leading Heritage Christian Academy to victory were Mia Vinson and Ella Grace Gower. Vinson went 8-for-11 to rack up 20 points, while Gower dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Gower a new career-high in assists (five). Giuliana Giudicessi was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Bishop Seabury Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Heritage Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.
