There's no place like home for Jefferson, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 55-26 win over the Strawberry Crest Chargers. That 29 point margin sets a new team best for the Dragons this season.

Jefferson's win on Wednesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Damaria Pitcher, who went 12 for 30 on her way to 25 points. That's the most points Pitcher has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Harmonie Charles, who posted 17 points.

Strawberry Crest lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kate Hartman, who had eight points. Emerald Swain was another key player, putting up eight points.

Jefferson's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.0 points per game. As for Strawberry Crest, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
