Union Grove extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Brycen Porter. The Lions claimed a resounding 55-0 win over the Big Sandy Wildcats with plenty of help from Porter, who threw for 99 yards and a pair of touchdowns on perfect 6-for-6 passing, and also rushed for 40 yards. His passing game has become a key predictor of Union Grove's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise.
