Advanced Math & Science Academy and Maynard are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. Advanced Math & Science Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chuck Hammel, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Maynard's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tahanto Regional on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Advanced Math & Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Maynard, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Advanced Math & Science Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Maynard struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 4.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Everything went Advanced Math & Science Academy's way against Maynard in their previous meeting back in May of 2022, as Advanced Math & Science Academy made off with an 8-1 victory.
