Basketball Recap: Minneapolis Takes a Loss

Minneapolis lost against Ellsworth back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Minneapolis Lions fell 41-32 to the Ellsworth Bearcats. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Minneapolis' record is now 4-12. As for Ellsworth, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Minneapolis will take on Southeast of Saline at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ellsworth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Larned on Thursday. Ellsworth is facing Larned at the right time seeing as Larned is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
