Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Metamora). Their defense stepped up to hand the Pekin Dragons an 8-0 shutout on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for Metamora in their matchups with Pekin: they've now won five in a row.

Metamora's offense was hitting Pekin from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jacob Crotz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.
