Basketball Recap: Calvary Chapel Takes a Loss

Calvary Chapel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 64-24 loss at the hands of the Rosemead Panthers.

Calvary Chapel's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Rosemead, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Calvary Chapel won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Rio Hondo Prep at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Rosemead, they and Baldwin Park will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Rosemead has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
