Volleyball Recap: Camden Central Comes Up Short

Camden Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Summertown Eagles. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Camden Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Summertown, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4.

Summertown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Harpeth on the 6th. Hopefully Camden Central paid attention to the Eagles' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
