Volleyball Recap: Sierra Vista Extends Winning Streak to Three

Sierra Vista won the last time they faced Cimarron-Memorial and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mountain Lions won by a set and slipped past the Spartans 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mountain Lions have posted since August 15th.

Averie Gidge paced Sierra Vista's offense, picking up seven kills. Gidge got some help from Lyla Sneek and her 23 assists. Sneek also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Sydney Mason, racking up three apiece.
