Baseball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Comes Up Short

Jordan-Matthews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 5-0 to the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers. If the Jets were looking for revenge after losing 12-11 to the Buccaneers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jordan-Matthews' defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Bartlett Yancey, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.

While Jordan-Matthews had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
