Soccer Recap: Huguenot Comes Up Short

While losing is never fun, Huguenot can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 229th, while Midlothian are ranked seventh).

Huguenot's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-3. As for Midlothian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That lines up perfectly with their 12-0-4 record this season.

Huguenot does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Midlothian, they are taking a road trip to square off against James River Midlothian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. James River Midlothian will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.
