They walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Port Bobcats. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Bobcats are ranked 211th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Olivia Hadad and Ana Abreu scored all three of Lakewood Ranch's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.

Lakewood Ranch pushed their record up to 10-4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matchups. As for North Port, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Lakewood Ranch didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 win against Lennard on the 24th. North Port has also already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Lehigh on the 22nd.
