Recap: Rangeview Raiders vs. Littleton Lions
On Thursday, Rangeview strolled past Littleton with points to spare, taking the game 59-40.
When it comes to explaining why Littleton lost, one person who can't be blamed is Penny Urquhart. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. Urquhart scored a full 57.5% of Littleton's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jacy Chandler was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 3 steals.
The win got Rangeview back to even at 1-1. As for Littleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Rangeview will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Ralston Valley at 2:30 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Littleton, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Sand Creek at 7:00 p.m.
