Basketball Recap: Morrilton Comes Up Short

Morrilton lost against Greenbrier back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Devil Dogs fell 54-46 to the Panthers. The game marked the Devil Dogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Morrilton's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Greenbrier, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Morrilton and Springdale will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Devil Dogs will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.31 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Greenbrier will take on Little Rock Christian Academy in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
