Soccer Recap: Jefferson Gets the Win

Jefferson and Onsted pushed the score to 7-1 the last time they played Onsted, but on Monday defenses reigned supreme. The Bears had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 1-0. This was payback for Jefferson, who suffered a 7-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Camryn Cousino, who's now up to three this season.

Jefferson has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Jefferson has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Dundee on the 3rd. As for Onsted, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Jackson Christian at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th.
