Baseball Recap: Ozark Takes a Loss

Ozark lost against Nixa back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers fell 6-1 to the Eagles. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ozark's defeat dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Nixa, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-10.

Ozark and Nixa should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings. Ozark (ranked 32nd) will meet Waynesville (ranked 333rd) at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Nixa will square off against Carl Junction at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (17 vs. 135).
