Volleyball Recap: Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets vs. Arlington Red Devils

Cory-Rawson came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Arlington Red Devils, falling 3-0. If the Fighting Hornets were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Red Devils when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cory-Rawson took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-17.

Their offense was headlined by Ava Price and Addison Inbody, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Katelyn Duffman and her ten assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
