Pulaski County lost to Rockcastle County last Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Maroons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rockets, sneaking past 5-3.

Pulaski County's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Rockcastle County, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 10-8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pulaski County will venture away from home to take on Wayne County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockcastle County, they will head out to square off against Lincoln County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
