Basketball Recap: Bishop Fenwick Comes Up Short

Bishop Fenwick lost against St. Mary back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bishop Fenwick Crusaders came up short against the St. Mary's Spartans, falling 68-46. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Spartans are ranked 23rd).

Bishop Fenwick's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for St. Mary's, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-1.

Bishop Fenwick will be playing in front of their home fans against KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Mary's, they will venture away from home to square off against Archbishop Williams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
