Basketball Recap: A.L. Brown Takes a Loss

A.L. Brown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Lake Norman Wildcats, falling 82-45. The Wonders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 59-20.

Nick Arnold continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lake Norman, putting up 17 points. Another player making a difference was Josh Yates, who posted 14 points.

A.L. Brown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Lake Norman, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

A.L. Brown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 73-60 win against South Iredell on the 16th. Lake Norman has also already played their next contest, an 87-60 victory against Cox Mill on the 16th.
