It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fairview can now relate to. They took a 51-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Trojans. The Warriors' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Trinity's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aidan Duncan led the charge by going 8-for-15 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds. Jarren Cephus was another key player, putting up nine points and eight boards.

Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 18-6. As for Trinity, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-12 record this season.

Fairview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Trinity, they will venture away from home to challenge Canton Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Trinity is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.2 points per game this season.
