Soccer Game Preview: Dominguez vs. Norwalk

The Dominguez Dons will venture away from home to face off against the Norwalk Lancers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dominguez is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

On Thursday, Dominguez and La Mirada finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

The Dons' goal came courtesy of Jessey Plaza, who's now up to six this season.

Meanwhile, Norwalk hasn't lost a match since January 2nd, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They came out on top against Mayfair by a score of 3-1. The victory continues a trend for Norwalk in their matchups with Mayfair: they've now won nine in a row.

Norwalk's win bumped their record up to 9-5-2. Dominguez's draw makes their record 9-3-2 this season.

Dominguez came up short against Norwalk in their previous matchup on January 15th, falling 2-0. Can the Dons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
