West Stokes's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Wednesday. They never let the McMichael Phoenix get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by eight runs or more this season.

West Stokes pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for McMichael, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Stokes will challenge Walkertown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McMichael, they will face off against Bethany Community at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
