Baseball Recap: Robinson Takes a Loss

Robinson lost against Leto back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Robinson took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Leto. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brady Capps made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run.

Robinson's record now sits at 8-8. As for Leto, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Robinson will venture away from home to square off against Blake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Robinson is facing Blake at the right time seeing as Blake is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Leto, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Leto Falcons challenge Alonso Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Alonso's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so Leto's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
