Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Grace Ponce and Abigail Noble Lead Wolfe County to Victory

Wolfe County won the last time they faced Jackson City and things went their way on Monday too. The Wolves blew past the Tigers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolves.

Wolfe County was led to victory by Abigail Noble and Grace Ponce. Noble had four digs and three aces, while Ponce had 15 digs and four aces. Noble is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played. Shylah Moore also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Wolfe County now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Jackson City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coming up, Wolfe County will challenge Estill County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jackson City has already played their next match (against Magoffin County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
