Baseball Recap: Rockvale Comes Up Short

Rockvale lost against Stewarts Creek last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Rockvale came up short against Stewarts Creek, falling 13-3. Rockvale has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rockvale's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Stewarts Creek, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-8.

Coming up, Rockvale will head out to take on Cookeville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Rockvale's pitchers better be ready for this one: Cookeville has averaged an impressive 6.4 runs per game this season. As for Stewarts Creek, they will take on Smyrna at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
