Clay has gone a perfect 5-0 against Bowling Green recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Bobcats at 5:45 p.m. Clay is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

On Tuesday, Clay earned a 3-1 win over Ross.

Clay walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 22-25, 25-22, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Bowling Green didn't have quite enough to beat Springfield on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Bowling Green came incredibly close to winning: the sets they lost were decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-22, 17-25, 12-25, 16-14.

Bowling Green's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Clay, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

Everything went Clay's way against Bowling Green when the teams last played back in September, as Clay made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
