Jamestown has gone 7-1 against Niagara Falls recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Red & Green will head out to challenge the Wolverines at 2:00 p.m. Jamestown will be strutting in after a victory while Niagara Falls will be coming in after a defeat.

Jamestown will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up seven points two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors on Friday. The Red & Green took their matchup with ease, bagging a 46-7 win over the Engineers. The game marked the Red & Green's most dominant victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Niagara Falls ended up a good deal behind Lancaster on Friday and lost 42-28. While losing is never fun, the Wolverines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while the Legends are ranked 46th).

Jamestown will have to keep a close watch on Michael Taylor and Christian Parmer, a pair of players who had a big impact on Niagara Falls' prior game. Taylor threw for 344 yards and two TDs, while Parmer picked up 136 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Parmer was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 60 yards.

The win got Jamestown back to even at 3-3. As for Niagara Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Everything came up roses for Jamestown against Niagara Falls when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 41-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red & Green since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
