Basketball Recap: Northwest Christian Takes Down Reardan in a Playoff Battle

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Northwest Christian had no problem doing just that on Friday. They snuck past the Reardan Screaming Eagles with a 61-57 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

Northwest Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Reardan, with the defeat, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-3.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Northwest Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Adna at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Reardan, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Napavine at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
