Baseball Recap: Otis' Undefeated Season over After Ten Games

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last six matches, Otis finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They fell 5-2 to the Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Otis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Paxton Davis, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Having lost for the first time this season, Otis fell to 9-1. As for Haxtun, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Fightin' Bulldogs beat Otis by a score of 13-2 later that day.
