Volleyball Recap: Varela Find Success

Varela's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Glades Day Gators by a score of 2-0.

Varela's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Glades Day, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Varela didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against St. Andrew's Episcopal Academy on the 26th. As for Glades Day, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Lake Worth Christian on the 26th.
