Kennett faced Ava in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Indians blew past the Bears 15-8. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 24 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Kennett is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-9 record this season. As for Ava, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 22-7.

As of now, neither Kennett nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
